Chambermaid / Roomboy (m/f/d)

With your commitment, you ensure a feel-good atmosphere in 106 rooms, outlets and guest areas. You lovingly prepare the rooms, fulfil guest requests, distribute extras and always pay attention to cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene - for an all-round successful hotel experience!

Director of Sales (m/f/d)

You will look after international markets in the luxury segment with a focus on Germany, Switzerland and Asia, present our company worldwide and lead a dedicated sales team. You will coordinate key accounts and departments, organise events and trips and achieve ambitious sales targets - with direct reporting to the management.

Chef de Rang "Bankett & Events" (m/f/d)

Whether an exclusive event, stylish conference or individual catering - you are a host with an overview, warmth and professional presence. You accompany internal and external guests through special moments, ensure a smooth service process and take responsibility for correct billing and a neat mise-en-place. In addition to working in the event area, you will also provide support in The Duchy restaurant and act as a connecting interface to other departments. You will support the management of a team of around 20 employees in the areas of reception, bellboys and call centre. You will be actively involved in planning and organisation, optimising processes, promoting the flow of communication and taking responsibility for day-to-day operations. Your goal: smooth operations and a guest service that combines cordiality and professionalism at the highest level.

 

House technician (m/f/d)

With your technical expertise, you will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment - from the rooms to the public areas. You will provide support at events, coordinate external companies and be the point of contact for guest enquiries.

Commis de Rang Lobby Lounge (m/f/d)

In our Lobby Lounge, you are a host with a flair for atmosphere, details and the moment. You look after internal and external guests warmly and personally, provide expert advice on our food and beverage offer and ensure a smooth service process. Whether serving, mise-en-place or in daily interaction: you are part of a diverse team and help shape what makes the stay special. You will mainly be involved in lunch and evening service - in a workplace that combines variety and hospitality in a stylish way.

 

Working student technology (m/f/d)

You will support our technical team in ensuring smooth hotel operations - from the maintenance of technical systems in rooms and public areas to maintenance in the Heart of House. You will carry out minor repairs, provide technical support for events and respond flexibly to individual guest requests. You will work with care and a sense of responsibility alongside experienced specialists from various technical disciplines. The close cooperation with all departments makes this position a valuable interface - for a hotel operation that excels in every detail.
